Since I had cataracts for two years, I approached the ophthalmologists at the hospital, but they had no understanding of my condition. I went to the Health Center, where the staff received me very kindly. Dr. Branka Ivošević examined me and it was established that surgery is necessary. However, I had to refuse the operation because I was not financially able to pay for it. The nobility of Dr. Ivošević surprised me when she told me that she would do the operation for free. I came for the operation in a week, I was very scared. However, I was unnecessarily nervous, the sisters are wonderful and helped me overcome my fear. A week after the operation, I feel fantastic because I finally saw the light of day, thanks to Dr. Ivošević and Prof. Gabric. The staff is to be commended and I wish all the best to the workers of this ophthalmology clinic.

The diopter in my left eye was -4.25 and in the right eye -1.25, and due to the big difference in diopters, I decided to undergo laser diopter removal surgery. The first impression upon arrival at the clinic was extremely positive. Friendly staff, high level of cleanliness and easy to find the clinic itself, which has its own large parking lot. The preparation and the intervention itself went according to plan, without any stress. The intervention was painless and every step was explained to me in advance. The result of the intervention was quickly visible, and with adherence to the doctor’s suggestions, the postoperative recovery took place without unpleasantness and discomfort. Today, one year after the operation, the inspection confirmed that the findings were correct, so my satisfaction is complete.

Before the laser dioptre removal surgery, which I heard they do here at Kuća Zdravlja in Subotica, my vision was very bad and I was condemned to wear glasses that had thick lenses due to the large minus dioptre. When I came to Kuća Zdravlja, I was very pleasantly surprised by the services they provide, the hygiene and cleanliness of the facility and the cheerfulness of the staff. When we come to the doctor, we usually have fear and nervousness, but here all that is forgotten thanks to these dear people. Everyone is very kind, from the cleaner to Dr. Branka Ivošević. After the operation I had the best feeling because I could see again! When they asked me in the hall what time it was, I immediately saw the hands on the clock. And when I came home, I could finally see the color of my child’s eyes again from a distance! I would recommend Kuća Zdravlja to everyone, because I am a living witness that anything is possible! I am very satisfied with how the operation went, the service is excellent. I operated on one eye and now I’m waiting to remove the cataract on the other eye as well.

Nowadays, when people are full of problems and lack of time, you come to a house called the House of Health. I would rather say the House of Good Health! Because I came there a week ago, Dr. Ivošević operated on cataracts on both eyes at once. I probably wasn’t even aware of everything I was getting myself into… However, I was overjoyed! That evening I could already read the translation of the film on television. What can I say, what luck! Everything went so fast and so well and here is a week after the operation I can see perfectly well and I am very satisfied! And that’s why I would still say, because of the kindness at the very entrance that makes a person feel good, this is still the House of GOOD Health!
