The increasingly intense desire to achieve a better quality of vision led me to a preoperative examination at the Perfect Vision clinic, which, as I was previously informed, is characterized by significant experience, professional staff and good equipment. On that occasion, that is, at the very first meeting with Dr. Ivošević, I unequivocally decided to trust her to perform the intervention of laser dioptre removal. My expectations were fulfilled. I am very satisfied with both the results of the operation and the entire treatment that it entails. A month ago, I had laser diopter removal using the PRK method and I am very satisfied with the result. It’s a wonderful feeling when you can finally see everything with your own eyes crystal clear and clearly, without any aids. I read a lot about laser dioptre removal, and considering that I also studied a few years ago in Subotica, I know a couple of people who did the same here and that even now after a few years they are very satisfied with the result, so I decided to have it done here too, even though I am now married in Montenegro, and I am from Bosnia. Reading the experiences of the patients, I knew that the operation was painless, but that there were a couple of unpleasant moments, and I expected them every moment, however, I didn’t have any, nothing was particularly unpleasant for me to single it out. They say that the postoperative period after the PRK method is more painful and longer, and for me it lasted a short time, as for the pain, I only had it on the first day when the anesthesia wore off, and on the second and third day I only felt blisters, and after that it was as if I didn’t even have an operation. After the fifth day at the check-up, when they took off my protective lens, I could see 100% in both eyes. Although I know that many more people do the LASIK method, from the beginning I was more in favor of the PRK method, even though it is more painful, and tomorrow if I could choose again I would do the same, because in my personal opinion it is better, although of course not everyone can choose. Basically, whichever method is involved, both are safe and there is no risk of vision loss, and that is the most important thing. It is only important that we finally see the world around us clearly and clearly. I have to thank and praise everyone in the Perfect Vision team and Dr. Ivošević, they are really professional, kind and wonderful, thank you very much!
