Since my two best friends had eye surgery two years ago, based on their experiences and suggestions, I decided to have surgery as well. The intervention of laser dioptre removal lasts a short time, you don’t even lie down, and it’s already over and it doesn’t hurt. I had a very large dioptre -16 and -19. The lenses had already become tiring for me, and I had to change my glasses often. There was an increase in dioptres, cataracts started to worsen my vision, so I decided to change something permanently. Now it’s great for me, I don’t have any problems when I watch TV and for long distance, which was the biggest problem for me before. The staff is wonderful, the surgery went great, it wasn’t painful.

In Macedonia, I have been to three clinics, but the prices are very high and I did not gain the necessary trust in the doctors there. Because of the initial cataracts and reading diopters, I was not a candidate for laser diopter removal before, so I was offered surgery with the installation of multifocal lenses. Both eyes were operated on within a week. I had absolutely no pain, the operation went great, they even fulfilled my musical wish in the hall. Since I couldn’t see well, with diopters and initial cataracts, I also decided to make my life easier and get rid of glasses. I was fitted with monofocal lenses, with the assumption that with one surgery I would permanently remove the cataracts and get good distance vision, but I got more than that – I can see perfectly up close without glasses.
