With multifocal glasses, I constantly had “breakdowns”, fainting… Only 24 hours after the laser removal of the dioptre, everything stopped, a new view of the world opened up for me! Because of the cataract, I could see very poorly, only silhouettes. The hardest thing for me was not being able to read. I heard about this clinic from acquaintances and read on the Internet. I easily made the decision to have surgery there. Before the operation, I was very afraid, mostly because I didn’t know what to expect. But the operation went well, it was not painful at all. My left eye is visually impaired, and slowly my vision began to deteriorate in my right eye, so out of fear I decided to find a solution as soon as possible. I inquired at this clinic and got all the detailed information about laser dioptre removal. The very organization of the examination, preoperative preparations and of course the operation itself was a beautiful experience, with a lot of soul and positive energy. There were a lot of us in the pre-operative preparation, and all of us, regardless of nationality and skin color, supported each other and thus pushed fear and uncertainty together. The operation was apparently simple – no blood, no injections, no 50 nurses. It wasn’t painful, it passed quickly. Postoperative recovery after the LASIK technique is simple, but of course requires a certain discipline of the patient. What particularly touched me was the situation when I contacted Dr. Ivošević because I felt pain in my eye, and she, even though she was abroad at the time, initiated all her colleagues, coordinated everything to see me as soon as possible and was involved in every segment of the examination from abroad. I have had vision problems in my left eye since birth, and over time, my vision in my right eye also weakened.
